Yeah, some dump nightmare were I died and it felt real enough that I panicked that I have died in reality too.

It bugged me the entire day already and the headache was there after waking up and now it just keeps me awake.

It would be better for you to rest, not to sleep but to rest: lie down on your bed with the dim light, no music, no other stimuli going on and close your eyes. That change the pattern of brain waves and it’s quite relaxing, it might get the headache out.
